Safeguarding
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Karuna Living.
Our strong safeguarding culture is built on clear governance, effective leadership, and robust systems. This includes thorough staff induction, regular training, supervision, and ongoing monitoring to make sure safeguarding is always a priority.
All staff, and volunteers receive training in safeguarding and how to prevent, recognise, and report abuse. We also work closely with our local safeguarding team for additional support.
We promote openness and transparency so that everyone feels confident to raise concerns. This helps us protect the young adults in our care.
Our designated safeguarding Lead Laura Boyland is available to provide guidance and ensure safeguarding standards are maintained.
Complaints and Concerns
We value open communication with parents and stakeholders.
Parents are encouraged to share any questions or concerns. If informal discussions do not resolve an issue, a formal complaint can be made following our Complaints Policy.
